We are AEMSEN, a Dutch company of architects, aesthetes and many more, who have a passion for creating sublime and sustainable environments. The world needs better and smarter cities and buildings and we can achieve this by cleverly combining hard-, soft- and orgware in real estate and urban development. Because at Aemsen we are next to architects and designers also business and concept developers, we understand how we can combine these different fields in a multidisciplinary way in order to optimally add value to the purposes of our clients.

AEMSEN is a full-service multidisciplinary architecture, urban design and design agency with a broad experience in large projects. AEMSEN develops vision, strategy, concepts and designs at all scale levels in the fields of living, working and leisure with the aim of creating sublime and sustainable environments.

AEMSEN is founded by Judith and Jasper Jägers.

About Jasper Jägers

Jasper Jägers (1973) studied Architecture at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and the Technical University in Delft, and worked in the first years of his career with various internationally renowned architects such as Erick van Egeraat Associated Architects, UNStudio and MVRDV. Since 2000 he regularly teaches at the Technical University of Delft and the Rotterdam Academy of Architecture and Urban Design. In 2004 he founded UCX Architects, the forerunner of the current firm AEMSEN. From 2007 he developed in the field of business and concept development in his role as concept developer at a large international investor. From 2011 he advises and supervises various parties in development, architecture and urban branding. In own initiatives and developments he knows how to combine the role of developer and architect. From the beginning of 2019 he has been joining together with Judith Jägers all these activities and expertise in AEMSEN.

About Judith Jägers

Driven by her great love for art, design and interior architecture, Judith Jägers (1973) studied Design and Communication at Ichtus University of Applied Sciences. She has been working for various design agencies since 1996 and from 2002 to 2008 she is a management member of a renowned design agency. From 2010 she is an independent entrepreneur and she works for a wide variety of parties, such as major fashion brands, tech giants, and puts major real estate developments on the map. Judith makes brands and projects successful through design, branding, marketing and communication. From the beginning of 2019 she has been joining forces with Jasper Jägers all these activities and expertise in AEMSEN.
