AEMSEN developed the strategy, concept and urban branding for the head of the Grasweg in the Buiksloterham. The development will contribute to creating an identity that responds to the pioneering feeling and connects with the creative services already present in Amsterdam-Noord.

In this area, living is, in comparison with the other residential areas in the North, most dominated by life in the midst of creative activity. For people who find freedom, unfolding, individuality, adventure and diversity important in living and life. Because of the presence of the water, this environment will also be attractive for people who want to live more on their own: withdrawing at home, enjoying the panoramic view and the liveliness on the water.

MIXED URBAN AREA

With WY Amsterdam, we set the ambition to create a mixed urban area at the head of the Grasweg. It will become an area to live, work and meet, in line with the ambitions of the total Buiksloterham area.
